@DJ_theoretical Similar research has also led me to newsletterglue.com (@NewsletterGlue) which I’m considering: brings Substack-like features to the more SEO-friendly universe of WordPress. V interesting.

I’m interested of course in the whole email newsletter publishing phenomenonenomnomnom (I HAVE ONE, SEE! gethistories.com) but it’s hard not to notice that most of the paid newsletters appear to be about how to run your own paid newsletter.
