Hi, I’m a potential buyer of your house. I don’t do any research or look at the location. I just arrange a viewing, for which the agent travels 8 miles & the vendors spend ages tidying after the kids & then have to be absent. Then I cancel 10 mins beforehand. Aren’t I great?😡🤬
