The nurse wrote down that I take ‘light exercise’. A better description of life with a baby and a 3-year-old is ‘heavy plant crossing’.

Recently got a letter from the surgery: I get a health check now that I’m in the ’40-74′ age group! It seems only months ago I was ’35-39′.
