@GWRHelp Thanks Jordan – I totally understand technical problems. It’s always the lack of communication that’s the problem – the driver didn’t even know. Nobody told us we’d have get off, so passengers sat there in confusion for an hour. All GWR has to do is talk to its customers

@GWRHelp I would like you to explain to my two tired young children why not only was the 1542 from Paddington cancelled but the 1642 was then left not moving with NO STAFF telling passengers what was happening. All passengers ended up guessing we have to get the 1742.
