This is one of the best things I’ve read (out of many!) about the virus and specifically the actual risk of infection in different situations: erinbromage.com/post/the-risks…

At least my library *starts* like Umberto Eco’s youtu.be/UoEuvgT1wBs (rather restful video of him ambling to select a book)

“I hope, hope, hope we achieve a virus.” Well, yes Boris, you may consider yourself a triumphant success. (I know, an easy point to score, but still.)

@seamusmccauley @HorseTheGame @sillage @RealRemoteGoat @vigornian @Laniball @julietteculver ‘concerning’ might overstate the problem here

@mrkocnnll A pleasure! Absolutely loved it. I’ve indulged minor prepping, have young kids and fret about all of these things, so I’m clearly in the target audience…

Book of the year so far is absolutely @mrkocnnll’s Notes from an Apocalypse. Funny, moving, thoughtful – and the sort of thing that makes it worth being alive, regardless of Doomsday. And it has nothing to do with coronavirus.

@duncanparkes Presumably Sunday’s ‘unlockdown’ announcement about changes from Monday will prioritise ‘It’s OK to see someone you’re having an affair with’ to help with that!

@j4 At least three of those are Actual Useful Life Skills

@CopyContentCo Haha!
